Rules for working with customer orders

1. You may cancel an order within one hour with a full refund. After one hour, the order is considered confirmed and will be completed by the agreed deadline.
2. Work on the order starts only after an advance payment. The advance payment is 70% of the order cost, but not less than 200 UAH (applies only to translation services).
3. The advance payment is non-refundable. For apostille, police clearance certificate, or notarial services, a 100% advance payment is required.
4. If the full name is not provided in Ukrainian (for translation into Ukrainian) or as in the international passport (for translation into a foreign language), transliteration will be done according to the Ukrainian transliteration rules. Illegible abbreviations are transliterated into the target language according to the original.
5. The translation fee is calculated at the established rate per 1,800 characters including spaces, depending on the document type.
6. For some target languages, translator’s notes may be added.
7. Fees paid for apostille at the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and for legalization are non-refundable. A refund for an apostille is possible only when submitting documents to the Ministry of Education and Science (excluding courier services).
8. The timeframe for apostille and legalization is communicated to the client when placing the order. The bureau cannot change processing times, and under martial law these timeframes may increase.
